By default, Talkdesk accounts are set to always allow callers to leave voicemails. Calls not answered are directed to a message stating: "Please leave a message after the beep" allowing callers to record a message with a maximum duration of 10 minutes.

A caller can be routed to voicemail from the waiting queue without being presented to an agent (via voicemail IVR option).

Calls are routed to voicemail as a result of a no answer.
Calls are routed to voicemail directly, for example, outside of business hours.
