There are two types of inbound calls:
- "Inbound answered": Incoming calls answered by an agent.
- "Inbound": All incoming calls (answered, missed, abandoned, short-abandoned and voicemail)
There is an exception, on Calls Report and Calls Dashboard, the Inbound calls are the ones answered. The remaining types are clearly identified (missed, abandoned, short-abandoned and voicemail).
