Connections Actions Executions Report

Overview of available filters and metrics in the Connections Actions Executions Dashboard.

These are the available filters in the Connections Actions Executions Dashboard:

  • Date: The date of the execution.
  • Timezone: The timezone in which the execution occurred.
  • Connection ID: This refers to the Connection ID (this can be consulted in Talkdesk > Builder > Integrations > Select the Connection > Settings).
  • Action ID: This refers to the Connection Action ID (this can be consulted in Talkdesk > Builder > Integrations > Select the Connection > Actions).
  • Execution ID: This refers to the Connection Action execution ID.
  • Interaction ID: Interaction ID associated with the connection action execution.
  • Execution Status: This refers to the Connection action execution status. Values:
    • Executed
    • Failed.
  • Execution Status Code: This is a dynamic list and refers to the different status code values of the Executions dataset fetched.
